Michelle has provided customers with excellent service for her entire career. She was a manager at Chick-fil-a before becoming one of the first employees at Ponthieux’s, where she has been for 10 years now. Michelle is an Applied Jewelry Professional through GIA and has a knack for ensuring each piece that leaves our store is of the highest quality.

What is your favorite part about working in a jewelry design studio?

Ponthieux’s has an outright fun work environment, where my singing is sometimes tolerated :) I also enjoy getting to know customers and helping them pick out jewelry that they love.

What is your favorite gemstone and why?

I’d have to say a tourmaline, specifically a pink one. Why? Because it’s pretty!

What do you do in your spare time?

I love to sit down with a good book or play board games. I also enjoy spending time with my family in town.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I originally wanted to be a teacher but at some point I transitioned to wanting to be a forest ranger.
